eddmaster
Well, it seems that I cannot change the mac address on my onboard Realtek RTL8168B/8111B. I tried with the terminal command (sudo ifconfig enX ether 00:00:00:00:00:00, where X is the number of interface, in my case 0) and I tried also some utils, but without succes. I have updated with the lastest kext from Realtek's web support, and then tried some hacked kexts... useless. Now I don't know what to do!!! And I need this thing working because, without it, i have no Internet. The device,Lan and internet WORKS with the kexts that i tried, its just that my rooter died! Is somebody having this problem, or can anybody help me with this thread? THX in advance!!! PS: By the way, I have SL 10.6.4 and use 64bit kernel. I don't use 32bit kernel at all.
