Successful install but cant boot

I have been trying to resolve my Iatkos S3 v2 on sager np2098 with intel p8700 & Ati Mobility readon 4650, i had iAtkos 7 with win 7 but after installing iatkos s3 v2 i cant boot into osx.

 

i am using easybcd 2.02 to boot into osx after a lot of trial & error but osx reboots at loading darwin x32... if go from single user mode it show lot of ktext then it reboots after 10 sec.

 

I have tried cpuratio=16 busratio=16 cpus=1 -v-f-x
