iAtkos v7 keeps rebooting pc after installation

Hello, as subject suggests my problem is that after the successful installation of iAtkos v7, my pc constantly reboots.

 

I have tried to pass the boot option:

 

cpus=1

 

but without success.

 

My hardware configuration is:

 

CPU: Intel P4 3.0GHz

Motherboard: GA 8IPE1000

Graphics: nVidia GeForce4 Ti4200

PS/2 Keyboard, usb mouse, ide disk

 

I have also tried to replace my graphics card with Ati Raden 9600 but it does exactly the same.
