Recently, I bought a PowerBook G3 Lombard, working but without a lot of key things (such as a power adapter or CDROM drive), on eBay. I also purchased a power adapter on Amazon. When I plugged in the 'Book, the only thing i got was the light on the adapter- no battery light, no response to the power button, nothing. I also noticed that maybe the small "headphone jack" inside the connector was a little shorter than it possibly should be, meaning that the adapter may not be giving power to the PowerBook. I'm a noob with Macs, especially PPC era!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
