bugga Posted September 24, 2010 Share Posted September 24, 2010 Hi All, I have spent countless hours and wasted countless DVD discs and tried most of the OS X 86 Distro's and the only one I can get to load is iATKOS S3 v2. I've loaded it on my C: Drive alongside Windows 7 and it would only boot to -x (safe mode) I currently have it loaded on external usb portable 250GB HDD and it will still only boot to safe mode.Having booted into safe mode. I have completed the user setup and updated to Snow Leo 10.6.4 and all the other available updates & thought naively that this might fix the boot prob, but no! As far as i can see there is no SleepEnabler.kext loaded but I get message "Hibernate is too old by xxxx seconds. Tried ForceWake=y & ForceWake=Yes too, tried -s for single user and others but boot gets to apple logo screen and rotary sybol rotates for a while then bright flickering of screen which then goes black and after a while re-boots. Getting message prior to booting into safe mode "incorect image signature" "errors encountered while starting up the computer" "pausing 5 seconds" then proceeds to boot into safe mode. Can someone give me some help and direction to boot into normal mode?
