Hello guys, another newby trying to put hackintosh to work...

I installed OSX 10.6.0 using Leppy's cd. After that I updated to 10.6.4. Using the leppy's cd I can boot without any problem to OSX with fully graphic, keyboard and mouse functionality BUT using chameleon RC4, I can see when OSX is booting the error "No nvidia graphic adapter found". Still, OSX boots but with lousy definition and also without mouse and keyboard drivers.

I tried to change the "com.boot.apple.plist" but result is the same.

Ideas?

Greetings

Ola Mário,

You may want to add a signature with the used hardware (so that people willing to help, know what you are using, without asking for it).

Cheers,

Sam

I don't see any nvidia graphic adapters in your HW list, but "Video Adapter Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family" twice. Why is Chameleon looking for it? Did you copy files from another hack/user? You may want to check com.apple.Boot.plist to see if it includes device properties, which are not for you hardware? Are you using some graphic enabler perhaps?

Sorry for the late reply. The LSPCI software says to me that:

Intel Corporation Mobile 94GM/PM/GSM, 943/940GML and 945GT Express Memory Controler HUB (rev 03),

so, why do I see "Nvidia drivers not found" when the OSX boots? There is nothing on com.apple.Boot.menu that points to an Nvidia. Is there some config file were this as to be checked?

Greetings

Mário

No one? :) I can see the correct card in the EFI Studio, but I do not have this device in the device list.

Greetings

Mário
