Is it possible to convert Ubuntu's driver to kext?

 

 

1. ich10R raid driver

- osx did not support ich10R raid, so when installing osx breake ich10r's hardware raid and build osx' software raid. But there is ich10R raid at Ubuntu.

 

 

2. SKY HD6 PCI EXPRESS

-Also there is similiar driver a t Ubuntu.

If you are a very skilled programmer, then it is more or less possible. It will not be simple conversion, it should be a totally new driver based on the Linux source code. I don't think it is a very easy thing to do... Linux and OS X are too different, then it comes to drivers.
