Metallkasten Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 I've tried a couple flags to try to get it to even boot in to the installer, but all it does is briefly flash the apple logo and restart. -v doesn't return anything helpful, -x doesn't make a difference, and -x -v was just as unhelpful. The machine is a gateway NV79 laptop. Intel Core i5 450M @ 2.4GHz Gateway motherboard with an HM55 southbridge 4GB Ram ATI Radeon Mobility 5650 Graphics I can supply any other info, but I can't imagine what could be keeping the installer from starting at all.
