Hi! I have netbook on Atom N270 CPU and 10.5.8. installed. Everything is working but System Profile shows that this is MacBook4.1 which is not correct in some way (MacBook4.1 is for Penryn CPU which is different from single-core Atom N270). Some people are using MAcBookAir1.1. which is also not right due to type and Techspec of CPU.

Therefore I wonder how to get right Macmodel for Atom N270 in order to have almost native Speedstep, temp, fan and batteerylife time optimized for it. Any ideas are welcome.

MacBook1,1 is best for Atom N270/280, working DSDT with some optimizations in ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin does the job well.

It misses one Entry, PLimitDict (in 10.6.5 more), take this plist or fix yours (compare the plists).
