Hello there, I really hope that you could help since I have this problem a quite a long time and I've tried searching forum a dozen of times! ;)

I have nVidia 8500GT with 256 of ram, and Samsung 223bw monitor, and when I installed 10.6.3 on my computer (also I have Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L rev2.0 and 6gb of ram) there is a strange problem with colors, on some colors for instance in System Preferences (grey) and with some gradients of blue there is blinking, like I would see those colors refresh very quickly. Also the same problem happened with 10.5.6 and some updated versions (I think 10.5.9 but not sure) so I guess that there is no problem with the version of OS, but with the drivers, but everything works perfect and I've tried installing VooDoo and AppleHDA (also nvinject on 10.5.6) and with all of those drivers there is the same problem.

And also, I usually run windows on this computer with no such problems so it should not be hardware issue.

Here is the copy of my graphic card information from System Profiler (if needed):

Please, if someone know anything about this I would be MOST grateful!!

If you have any questions please ask :)

Thanks in advance :o

Also, now I've tried with different monitor and with using analog input, and it is much better, but still refresh rate is strange...

Does anyone now how could I solve this? Maybe some other drivers for my graphic card, please? :(
