emperact
Hi, i got iDeneb 1.6 installed, the only thing that doesn't work is sleep and wifi, which you probably know. Anyways, I was thinking, is it possible, instead of buying a new Wifi Card, to use one theese instead? http://www.techfuels.com/wireless-networki...sb-adapter.html http://www.pixmania.com/dk/dk/5061746/art/...300-mbps-w.html http://www.pixmania.com/dk/dk/4166170/art/...e-150-mbps.html

I am using a "Trendnet" branded one from Costco. Inside it uses Ralink hardware, and I have been using the latest ralink driver with 10.6.4 without too much trouble. You might need to search around a bit to find one with OS X software.
emperact
thanks for your reply, is there some specific brands I have to look for, and how do I know if it would work with my iDeneb? EDIT: This says it is usable for MAC OS X. And if i get this right I dont have to replace my wireless cars inside my pc, and with this one I can connect to my wireless network at home, at school etc. it comes with drivers, but can a Hackintosh use original drivers? http://translate.google.dk/translate?js=n&...oducts_id%3D567

Yes if it has OS X drivers, you can just install them like a regular Mac. As long as your hackintosh install is working properly, it should "just work". If there is a PC adapter that is not recognized in OS X, it should not matter. BTW- gotta love the Google translation of the Danish description: "Delicious small USB adapter...", which seems to imply you can eat the adapter as a snack if all else fails. emperact
Haha, you are right, google translate fails sometimes. But I am danish, and I just wanted to be sure that you understood most of it.
