Using an Apple's original ATi video card on a hackintosh ?

Hi,

 

I like to set up a hackintosh connected to 3 displays simultaneously, and one of them is apple's own LED Cinema Display which has mini display-port connector.

 

Would it be possible to use Apple's own Radeon HD 5770 video card with my hackintosh and hence avoiding compatibility issues, or only standard video cards work ?
