Try using external USB DVD drive. The problem will be solved.

You need to install an IDE kext, something like this: http://www.kexts.com/view/14-jmicronata.html

The loader you are using should do this. I havent tried Hazard's, but i have successfully installed snow on an IDE drive.

I've succesfully installed OSX86 on an IDE HD using an IDE to USB adapter.

It's full compatible, you don't have any problems with "still waitung for root device", and you still have the speed of a HDD.

but I don't have IDE to USB adapter. If i change my drive to a SATA drive, does it work???

but it does not boot in to the os! while installing in vmware, before installing , went to customize , i saw Jmicronata injector. :P

And will Mac OS X be FASTTTT on my machine. :(
