Hello all, I'm having an interesting issue with my snow leopard install. Unless I move the mouse constantly the transfer rates on my network slow considerably. I'm hardwired to my router and I ping at about 700-800ms and when I'm downloading a file it will start off at about 1-1.5 Mbps and slowly taper to about 10 kbps unless I constantly move the mouse.

Here is a screen capture of this taking place: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcGUwg4XVyU

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, sorry if this is a repost but I tried searching for quite a few hours and couldn't find anything similar.

Machine Specs:

Core i5-750

1TB WD Black 7200RPM HDD

NVIDIA EVGA 260GTX OC
