kvark Posted August 31, 2010 Share Posted August 31, 2010 Hello! I have serious problems installing OSx86 on my laptop. Basically, I can't get the installer to work at all. I tried different boot loader packages: [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]-supported, [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]-ATI, tonymacx86-P55BootCD-ATI46xx, tonymacx86-P55BootCD-ATI46xx-v, EmpireEFI. Tried different starting options: -x, -F, cpus=1, busratio=17 The result is - at some point the process just decides to shut down the computer. I see the screen turning white as the signal is lost, but power is not disabled (some ACPI-related issue, I guess). Attaching the screenshot of the console output: . I guess the main error here is in 'launchctl.c' line 2325. If there's any suggestions for me about the way to start the installer properly - please tell. Thanks in advance.
