Hi I have a mcp61 computer (all my computer peripherals are classified as mcp61) and i would like to do a retail install of snow leopard.

This wouldn't be a problem if I was using intel.

As you can see i need a custom kernel for snow leopard which is easy enough to get i just want to know how to inject it into the cd.

Injecting chameleon 2.0 rc4 would be a great help and would save some hasle aswell.

Please help

Kyconny ;)

PS Oh and one more thing I DONT have a leopard install already and i dont intend to install that either hope you understand as 4.7gb through a torrent on UK speeds isn't exactly lightning fast

PPS im using linux so that should help alot and ty

yeah i thought it would be nice to make one just for my system so there was no guessing what to install and what not to install... haven't looked much into it but i did read a post on a forums somewhere about doing it. i will see if i can find it and get back to you

hmmm i think ive worked it out :D just use linux tools. xar has a linux port :D and u can dump disk imgs in linux.

this might not be so hard after all "You need a working leopard install" my ***
