Cannot boot into installation (Snow Hazard), automatic reboot...

Well I used to be all up with installing OS X back in the Tiger days.

I left that for a couple of years and now my curiosity has brought me back.

I'm running an HP Pavillion Elite M9350F, and trying to install Snow Hazard.

The problem is, I cannot boot into the installation, as it just flashes the 'darwin' text for a second with the loading '/' rotating around, then automatically reboots.

Rinse.

Wash.

Repeat.

After looking around, I'v seen that it might be that I need to enable AHCI in my BIOS settings.

Big problem, I don't have that option.

M9350F Specifications:

Hope to get this solved and get back in the scene, so I can possibly help others that were in my situation now.

Thanks! :(

Hey!

I'm sorry, I actually just realized I am in fact using Snow Hazard.

I tried booting with the said params, however I still ended up with the same results.

Any other tricks up your sleeve?

Thanks, but that unfortunately does not resolve my problem :\

Still not able to boot into the installation.

I tried on an old laptop of mine, installation booted up fine.

Not sure where to go from here.
