Minasokoni Posted August 28, 2010 Share Posted August 28, 2010 After installing the AHCIOrangedrive kext my SL won't boot anymore it gets to the grey screen with the apple logo and a restricted symbol shows up on top of it. J.B Posted August 28, 2010 Share Posted August 28, 2010 kernel panic if you want to be sure, that the kext is causing it, boot verbose and see want errors you get otherwise, just use a livecd are macdrive to delete the offending kext, boot with -f, then repair you kext cache Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
