ni7ewing
Hey guys, I was trying to get a dual boot on the go and thought everything was going ok. I installed windows7 fine. Split my 1T HD into a 250gig for windows and 750gig for Mac. In windows I marked the 750gig as active and began the Mac OS X 10.6.2 install. When I got the Disk Utility however it wouldn't let me format the 750gig into anything but a Windows drive (I forget what the two options are) Is this strange? I thought I had this done properly once before but can't remember if there was something I forgot to tick or what I did. Should I just wipe the whole drive with the Mac OS X and put that on firstly? Alessandro17
Use Parted Magic and format the 750GB partition to HFS+: http://distrowatch.com/?newsid=06238
