Alright folks,

I'm on the verge of giving up after two days of trying to install OSX on my PC. Perhabs you guys are able to help me:

First of all my PC:

AMD X2 6000+

AMD 780G Chipset

IDE DVD-Drive (IDE0: Master)

SATA-Hard Drive (IDE3: Master) Can't put it on IDE0 because it's SATA ! (I think)

First I'm booting my iPC DVD, which works. But when it loads, I get the famous "Still waiting for root device" message. I also enabled AHCI, but it still does not work.

Is it even possible to keep that whole thing running, because I don't have a SATA DVD-Drive?

Greetings :P
