It seems that I can fully install SNOW LEOPARD 10.6.2 it and everything's fine but then when it reboots two things happen.

Firstly I get a bios alert saying 'bad check sum' and my bios settings have reset. If I hit F1 to check them and re-save everything's fine.

Secondly after the Darwin/x86 boot screen it goes to a light gray screen with an Apple logo. With a -v AND -x and running through pages of code it brings back the following error: a black screen.

Please help.

CPU: Intel i5

Memory: 4 GB DDR2

Chipset: Intel 650(?)
