meeyuz Posted August 22, 2010 Share Posted August 22, 2010 So, SL is running nearly flawlessly, but of course, the HD 4650 is giving me issues with choppy playback in Quicktime. The default patch for the HD 46xx series doesn't seem to work with this card. The System Profiler shows the card's ID is 0x94951002, and NOT 0x94981002, because it is an AGP series. When applying the patch with the 0x94951002 ID in the ATI4600controller.kext and ATIRadeon2000.kext with graphics enabler set to y in the apple.com.boot.plist, I get a panic. Any ideas on how I can fix the choppy playback in quicktime, and possibly with Flash, and lastly, if possible, if I can enable QE/CI?
