risible2k
Hi, Im looking to build a hackintosh here, and I was wondering what the difference between the ud3 and ud5 were. Will all the kexts for the ud5 work with the ud3? Anything else I should know if I go with the ud3? I was also planning to use an evga 465 video card. Thanks for all the help. Edit: These are both Gigabyte X58 boards...
sirbow2
jsut go to google and search: GA-X58-UD3 or GA-X58-UD5 click on the gigabyte link and teda! specs! my guess is that the only difference is the audio or Ethernet cards, i would pick the better supported of the two as audio compatibility can cause alot of frustration

Would you or anyone happen to know if the X58A-UD5 compatible with the X58-UD5 kexts? I don't see much of a difference between the two[/font] Thanks again!
