First of all I would like to thank all of the members on this forum for their help. I havent posted until now but the information available from this site is incredible and extremely helpful. I started my first hackintosh project last week and I am nearly fully functional. I just have a few bugs I need help with. Frustratingly I have learned better ways to do most everything as I go and almost want to start over fresh but not sure if that is necessary. Here are my system specs and the problems I am having.

Problems-

1-After install I received the unable to install OS error. I then rebooted and it booted with the dvd into OSX. I installed the kexts for netgear wireless and gma graphics and it was mostly functional. At this point I have installed CHameleon AND ##### fix and I am still unable to boot without the bootloader. It gets to the darwin/x86 boot prompt and after hitting enter it freezes there. When trying to select snow leopard (my hd) as the startup disk in preferences I receive the "The bless tool was unable to set the current boot disk .

2-Installed voodoohda but sound volume is very low

3-Installed Iworks 09 but receive many errors and although the program loaded fine no typing will come up on the screen in PAGEs and I am unable to load any spreadsheets in NUMBERS.

-Thanks for any help. I hate being a noob and I am only posting this after nights of google with no success.
