Can't get graphics to work at same time as sound

I've built a Hack using a G41M-ES2H. Everything works including sound and ethernet, that is, until I add a PCI-E graphics card.

 

I'm using an Asus EN7300GS 128MB card with an EFI string. Using the EFI string, I get full video acceleration but my sound becomes completely disabled. I tried removing and reinstalling the kexts, but no luck. Removing the video card, my sound comes back.
