Hello, I've successfully installed Snow Leopard 10.6.4 with the ##### + ##### mode on this machine

mobo: ASUS P7P55D EVO

CPU: INTEL i5 750

memory: 2+2 Gb Kingston Hyper X

video: Nvidia GeForce 210

hd: 640 Gb Caviar Blue Western Digital

DVD player: an old Pioneer DVD player

I'm writing from this machine and all seems to be fine, except from some minor issues.

Please note that I've disabled the mobo HDAudio and post installed an M-Audio firewire card,

that is the soundcard i need to use with it.

Sometimes when I try to restart or to shutdown the machine, it hangs up and I just can see the wallpaper

without be able to do nothing else than manually power down the machine.

Another issue is that iTunes can't recognize my iPhone and sometimes the machine takes some minute to

recognize usb pendrive or hard drives.

Now I don't want the moon, but I simply would like to know if this is normal when installing OSX on a

non apple hardware, or if there is a way to get all things working well.

NB if you have this mobo and need info about bios or ##### settings just ask, I will be happy to help.

Thanks for reading
