Kernel Panic during installation attempt

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.. How can I determine the reason for the kernel panic?

Attempting to install 10.6.3 using iATKOS S3

Hardware:

Latitude E4300 Laptop
Intel Core 2 Duo SP9600 (2.53GHz)
4500MHD
3GB RAM
Dell 1397 802.11B/G Wireless Mini Card

What is the best option here? Should I try removing ElltioForceLegacyRTC.kext from the disk image and attempt the installation again?

if an error after the installation was easy
but how comes running during installation
use another version or edit

I suggest you to use retail + cd boot
