enjoyfebruary
Through my experiences modding G5 cases for hackintosh use I've found that this firewire card is by far the best I've used. It's a Dell branded card but it is made by Adaptec and has an Agere FW323-06 chipset. It has two external Firewire 400 ports and one 9 pin internal header connection. The internal header is on the back of the card and thusly doesn't block any other pci-cards. It works great with no drivers installed at all. I use this card for Pro Tools recording and it handles the traffic perfectly. Here is the ebay listing. Just wanted to throw out the info. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...2#ht_2318wt_820
