sata ports problem

Hello to everybody

 

My hardware is

ASUS P6T DELUXE V2

i7 920

6GB RAM

GTX 260

HD WD 300(SNOW LEO)

HD MAX 1.5GB

HD MAX 500GB

 

My problem is only the sata0 HD(snow leo) is working perfectly. the other HDs are very slow and very often it block up the pc.how can I make active these sata ports to make use tyhem.with the dvd roms on sata ports no probs to mention.
