ohenryormx Posted July 28, 2010 Share Posted July 28, 2010 hey fellas, i have a serious problem with my geforce 8800 gtx 7..mb. For the last year i always used 10.5.8 (Leopard) with nvinject.pkg or something like that and everything was perfect but for the last days i tried snow leopard (10.6.1 with hazard distro) and at first i have to say it´s working but i have one problem with my graphic card. Without any kext i have a nativ resolution of 1024x768 which works fluently but normally i need 1680x1050. The second step was an EFI String with EFIStudio and i got my right resolution but i had a problem with the speed I mean that my moves with the mouse or if i move windows or folders stop or stagnate for a few seconds. So what i´m trying to say is that the video is not fluently anymore. I tried NVEnabler 64. kext aswell but i have the same problem as if i would use efi string. Any ideas or help?
