zinzara Posted July 24, 2010 Share Posted July 24, 2010 i am trying to install MacOSX 10.4.8 on my Compaq Presario V5000 on a clean hard drive with the JaS AMD/Intel ISO. During the installation when it checks the DVD for errors it says there was a problem with the disc. I know the ISO is good because i successfully installed with it on VMware. so I made another disc and it still says that. if i tell it to ignore then it goes through the installation and at the end it says there was a problem with installation.
