Tamed G Posted July 21, 2010 Share Posted July 21, 2010 Man my system was working perfectly yesterday but I just had to mess with it and now it won't go to the desktop without using the empire efi boot disk. I tried a new dsdt file that someone posted but it wasn't very good, so I deleted it and put my old one back. Used kept utility to make sure all files and permissions are updated. Rebooted and now when I watch in verbose boot I can't see any errors but when the boot sequence gets to the end it just sits there and won't launch the desktop, it just sits on waiting for Dsmos Any ideas?
