Hi,
Im using the HOTiSO 10.4.6 installer DVD with a DVD-RW
When i try to boot with it, Darwin/x86 loads and asks me to press any key if i want to install osx
after i press any key... i see the grey apple screen with the thing near the bottom that keeps spinning
it continues like this for around 10-15 minutes, after which i got fed up and tried again...same result.
is there a problem with using dvd-rw's? i would try dvd-r but i dont have any. Or, does it always take this long, and i just have to be more patient?
Thanks a lot!
EDIT: ok so i ran the installer with -v
this is what i get
