crazytim77 Posted May 29, 2010 Share Posted May 29, 2010 My hackitosh uses 20W when sleeping costing around £20 of electricity per year. How can I reduce this to 1-2W or less like real macs? Is this normal for hackintosh machines? Would swapping the PSU make a difference or is it the motherboard that controls power usage during sleep?
