I have an HD4870 1gb and im attempting to use it with 10.6. i boot up into it and both monitors (hdmi + dvi) work, but show a completely garbled black/white screen. i know the install works, i put my old 8600GT in there and played around in the OS and everything is working fine (no acceleration or dual screen on the GT as i only installed ati graphics drivers) Does anybody know a workaround for this? i tried evoenabler, elastic's modified evoenabler, and the other ati driver packages on the install cd (-ATI Init/EvoEnabler/ATI Redeon HD) but nothing has seemed to change.
