Power color X1900GT on Snow Leopard

Hello,

 

I've installed Snow Leopard following this tutorial :

 

Life hacker snow leopard

 

All is working fine except the graphic card. I've tried many tutorials but the only thing I've been able to do is make the card recognized as a X1950XT and of course I don't have good resolution and no dual screen mode.

 

Can someone please help me ?

Gigabyte EP41-UD3L

Power color X1900GT

2Go DDR3 GSkill
