Idk much more about it though except: - Uses a standard Blizzard Downloader (torrent style) - Comes as a .dmg if you extract the torrent and download that way - Someone on forums said that its a simple drag and drop into the Apps folder - It uses OpenGL (very obvious) - Not a cider port (pretty obvious still) To my knowledge, theres no hacks for the Mac version, so you have to actually be in the beta (just preorder it from Gamestop or somewhere and you get a beta key) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I signed up for the beta and received notice that I had been selected the next morning. I then had to wait 3 weeks for the mac beta to be available. The game plays really well, however campaign and co-op are disabled. Which means I've been getting my a$$ handed to me 1v1 style since i downloaded it on wednesday. SLOW AS HELL... but when it's done i'll post a comment to see if there is any difference between mac version and pc version, i've been playing on my iMac through Parallels 5, and with everything under miniums it works well, let's see how does it run under mac os x native!! I even had some graphic glitching whenever I first started it. I'm REALLY hoping 10.6.4 fixes this... Also the beta ends on May 30th, but it will return a few weeks before release.
