i downloaded the Microsoft Messenger 5.0 .dmg

it installed fine and runs with no problems. however if i log out and back in its no where to be seen

ive looked in the applacations folder. and searched for it with soptlight and i cant find it.

if i download it again and run the dmg osx mounts it and then it runs. if i deleate this .dmg

and put my mouse over the msn icon on the dock i get a ? over the icon.

the same thing goes for deekpark. i cant seem to make it stay installed

do i have to mount the .dmg's each time i want to load the programs or what?

You have to drag the application into your applications folder after mounting the dmg.

LOL. Sorry I know this is flamebait. But really, lol.

On another note, MSN Messenger 5.0 is a big improvement over its predecessor. I'm impressed to see that Microsoft Mac is still trying. Now, they need to bring the ever pitiful WMP back to speed. Somehow I don't think there will ever be an update for that trashy application.
