I recently got a PCI Express Gigabit NIC based on Agere ( LSI Logic ) et1310.

I found a Linux driver ( not so new ) and ported to 10.5/10.6.

2012-06-02: Just enabled VLAN ( not accelerated by hardware ).

1.2.3a

Binary & Source ( including original Linux driver )

1.0.0

Thank you hnak,

I've got a LGR200 notebook with the agere 131x and after installing your kext it works flawlessly....

Thank you again and good work. I've got my MacOSX running @ 95%... only if I could find a decent driver for my Wireless.... so... I'm still looking for it.

I just wanted to say thank you. I have been hunting high and low for years for a driver that would work for my onboard gigabit. I loaded up your kext, didnt even need to restart the system, and it works like a dream. thankyouthankyou

I recently modified getFeature() entry of some drivers to return kIONetworkFeatureHardwareVlan. Then I tried with this kext ( the chip does not support hardware acceleration ) to return kIONetworkFeatureSoftwareVlan and found that VLAN works. So I update the download link. There is no difference other than VLAN.
