alvin777
Hi. When it's all black and it's dark (like watching a movie that's letterboxed- the industry really needs to fix the aspect ratio on what is widescreen), if you display an all black screen and put the brightness to full or low, the sides are washed up on the display. This is also in LCD TVs like the Bravia. If you use a solid color background the colors are uneven to which I'm guessing is cause by the uneveness of the LED (and flourescents used in non LED LCD displays/tvs). Even the iMac 27" at Gizmodo.com that was reviews was uneven. I heard that that if it's an all black image and you see that it's not perfectly black, it's called backlight bleeding. If it's in all LCDs displays including the Bravia, then is this an acceptable imperfection like 1 or 2 dead pixels? Thanks in advance.
