JaS 10.4.8 Ethernet

Hi,

 

I installed JaS 10.4.8 with alot of difficulties but its now all good, however, I can't get ethernet to work. The model is Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet according to the Windows Device Manager. So how can I get this to work on JaS 10.4.8?

I downloaded the driver which should work, but I don't know how to install it, can anyone help?
