alvin777
Hi. I'd like to reset the settings in my iMac i7 to factory settings, like it was plugged-in for the first time (when I plugged in the iMac for the first time, it didn't even need for the power button to be pressed) but without reinstalling or erasing the updates from Software updates and other apps and preference panes from third-party. The Welcome screen is there, the Dock icon sizes is factory setting (no way to know what number or how big it is, in the control panels), the size of the windows to default, the size and position of Safari, etc. By the way, is there any diagnostics and repair tool for Snow Leopard to see that every one of it's files are ok? Disk Utility may not be powerful enough. Thanks in advance. Gbu, Alvin
