rc script development contributions go into this thread.

Currently, we have 2 methods of getting a LiveDVD to boot and run apps:

• Fake the main rc script into going down the rc.cdrom path, then use a "launchapp" script to launch a custom app loader.
  
• Get a proper boot using read-only, then start the login service and go into multi-user mode with a dock+finder.
