funkymaxuser Posted January 14, 2010 Share Posted January 14, 2010 hello im realy dont know where to post this message. so i post it here, sorry if im wrong. so i have chip notebook toshiba satelite l40-17s specs: processor: intel pentium dual t2330 chipset: intel gm965/gl960 ? ram: 2gb ddr2 audio: realtek high difinition audio video: intel gma3100 hdd: sata 160gb wifi: realtek 8187B adapter ethernet: realtek 8139 modem: softmodem cd=driver: ata dvdrom trackpad: synaptic touchpad keyboard: keyboard so my question is: i have try many distrs ideneb (1.3 1.4 1.6) leo4all jaz (10.5.4 10.4) ipc kalavay and so on so in every distr i have same problem macosx only starts if i disable one core when i installing everything ok and then i finish every too is ok after first start then i reboot and enable second core its freeze or reboot. so my question is why it reboot? i have some ideas. maybe my processor is incompatible or chipset or may they are together make incompatible to boot the OS? i will be very glad if some is answer, sorry for my english and thanx for reply.
