Trouble Making USB Boot Loader For Dual Booting

Hi,

as the title suggests I've been having some trouble dual booting - I have Windows 7 and Leopard (using Kalyway 10.5.2) installed but am getting the HFS+ Partition Error. I have tried pretty much every thing on these forums to try and get this working properly, but haven't had any luck so far. Leopard does load using the Kalyway disk however so all is not lost

I don't really mind having to use the disk to load up Leopard each time but thought it would be much cooler (and easier) if I could transfer it to a bootable USB stick instead, seeing as I don't really fancy carrying around my kalyway disk.

So I created a bootable USB drive by restoring the disk image to the drive using disk utility, and then installing the efi loader using OSX86 Tools. Problem is, where booting off the disk would give the option of loading the installation files or, if nothing was pressed load up my installation of leopard, booting off the USB drive just goes straight into the installation process when nothing is pressed (the usual option of going into single user mode are still present).

Any ideas on how to make the USB drive behave more like the installation disk and allow me to get into my leopard setup would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

(installed on a Dell XPS 1530 by the way)
