ultimaslair Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 I recently bought an Edimax EW-7718un based on reports that it works in both 10.5 and SL. I'm running 10.5.5 ideneb, and have installed the ralink RT2870 chipset. After running the wireless utility, I'm able to connect to my wireless network, and it seems to work at least in the Wireless Utility. However, I can't access the network or use the internet. Is there something more I need to do in System Preferences? I was unable to add a wireless location on the Network settings and Airport didn't detect anything. Please help me get this working!
