I'm pretty sure that's from the 80's when they started testing that stuff and a whole bunch of messed up music videos were made as a result of their ignorance with new technology. Besides, Hasselhoff doesn't look like that anymore. That video was a little racist and pedophilish in certain ways. But no matter what, I agree with anybody who thinks he was serious.
