Thanks to Mac-inul and Insanely Mac forums,

I would like to thank the hackintosh community for the great information and learning opportunity.

From a totally 'ZERO' knowledge of any booting system, until I understand about kext, kernel, bootloader, distro, etc.

I have successfully install iAtkos v7 to LENOVO G450-2462 (or also known as 20022).

Lenovo has so many G450 series, so gotta make sure the exact series.

After 10x installation with iAtkos and iDeneb. I personally prefer iAtkos, although iDeneb is also working fine with this laptop. I will show you the things that I did using the iAtkos.

Work out of the box, are...

Processor: Pentium T4300 2,1GHz

Memory: DDR3 2GB

HDD: Detected all HDD partitions

Camera: 0,3MP

Need patch from installer DVD, are...

HDD: NTFS-3G for logical hard disk

Wireless: Broadcomm

Wired: Broadcomm 43xx (detected, but haven't tried it yet)

Bluetooth: Broadcomm

Keyboard: PS/2 Voodoo patch

Need patch from forums, are...

Sound: Conexant (patch using AppleAzailaAudio.kext - thanks to a few forums)

Display: NVidia G105M 512MB (patch using Xdarwin Nvidia Installer V 1.1 OSX.mpkg) - thanks to

Music.Leecher

Dual Boot: Windows 7 & iAtkos v7 (thanks to z0r from Mac-inul forum)

Now still trying to figure out any other things that doesn't work

Mic: not detected, but I don't mind it

Display output: not working, but I don't mind it also

Haven't tried SLEEP yet, but LOG OFF, RESTART, SHUTDOWN works fine

I am attaching the patches which I downloaded from the forums to make it easier for other LENOVO G450 users.

Cheers.

Regards,

Curiousity
