Nghia Developer
failed to boot into 64-bit. i get a kernel panic. only 32-bit works. I failed 5 - 6 times then I figured out Make sure you have to delete: 1. /System/Library/Caches/* 2. /Library/Caches/* 3. Extensions.mkext from /Extra and /System/Library must be deleted also 4. Use Disc Utility to fix permission on your HD 5. restart and boot with options arch=x86_64 -v -f On your AMD system you can try -force64 I'm using Pentium 4 NOT AMD and it's works for me after 5 - 6 kernel panic

tle88
I have pcj 0.9 kernel in D945 with 945GNTLKR motherboard, and it works definitely extremely well. 10.6.2 Vanilla system are fixed with fakeSMC 2.1, pcj0.9_kernel, other fix are IOATAFamily.kext and SleepEnabler from 10.6.3 beta 32/64 version. + VoodooHDA.kext 0.2.52 That is enought with Chamelon 2 RC5 pre8. Thank You pcj this 64-bit kernel in pentium D-series. -.-

ioioi
PCJ > I want to thank you for making this kernel - excellent work! ... It plays very nicely with my AMD Turion X2 (and I've tried them all). The overall speed is great, the responsiveness of the gui is extremely smooth and it's the only kernel that I've been able to run in 64-bit mode; so that pretty much makes it top dog in my book. I guess knowing the fact my system is currently sitting at the #2 spot on geekbench doesn't hurt either ~ ioioi
