cri Posted June 21, 2006 Share Posted June 21, 2006 I just want to run OSX in VMWare. I am using a AMD64, 2GB of RAM, ASUS A8V,VMWare Workstaton v5. I'm using the MYZ 10.4.4-5 ISO. This ISO I mount under VMW like a CDROM. Hard Disk is a virtual drive under VMW - 10GB. I see it like a SCSI hdd; After start my MacoOSX profile and press F8 & type -v Ihave (after 30 s.): AppleIntelPIIXPATA: Primary PCI IDE channel is disabled SAM Multimedia: READ or WRITE failed, ASC - 0x24 (...) ~pcwiz Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 launchd errors appear when you mount the ISO in VMwares own emulation. Mount the ISO in Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% and try. You can also burn to DVD if neccessary. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
